Washington, Harris likely to get extended looks

Both Corey Washington and Marcus Harris are expected to get extended looks with the first team on Friday night against the Jets (Raanan, August 22).

The undrafted wide receivers will likely take time away from Jerrel Jernigan, who might get cut, the report said. Mario Manningham is also on the bubble for a roster spot.

Washington had made seven receptions for 116 yards and three touchdowns. Harris had eight catches for 90 yards.

These choices seem to work themselves out. Now that Harris is out for at least a month it looks like Washington and Parker or maybe the other guy #19 sticks?

I'm excited to see both of these guys play. From all the raves they've been drawing, Manningham's quiet camp and Jernigan's  (aside from 2 games last season) lack of production, I'd rather keep both Harris and Washington

What network (or local channel) is the game on tonight?

About time....  I love Manningham, and will always remember his clutch SB catch.  But he is too banged up and isn't the player he used to be.  Jurnigan must have gotten the compromising photos of a senior Giant Executive that Sinorice Moss used to stay on the team as long as he did.
