Giants to interview Dorrell for OC

The Giants will interview the former quarterbacks coach from the Houston Texans, Karl Dorrell, for their offensive coordinator position (Anderson).

Dorrell was the head coach of UCLA from 2003 to 2007, compiling a record of 35–27, before becoming the wide receivers coach for the Miami Dolphins. He later became Miami’s QB coach, before moving to the Houston staff.

Does the Rooney rule apply to coordinator positions too?  Clearly Sullivan already has the job.  The rest of this is just show.
