Report: Aaron Ross Coming Back to Giants

Update – 3/14 – 4:35 p.m.: Aaron Ross has passed his physical and the Giants have made the signing official.

Mike Garafolo of USA Today is reporting the Giants are bringing back CB Aaron Ross:

From Rotoworld: The Giants are bringing back the player they made the No. 20 pick of the 2007 draft after he spent one (unsuccessful) season in Jacksonville. Ross started 15 games for the G-Men in 2011, but may begin no higher than fourth on the depth chart. Going on 31, Ross had a rough go of it in coverage last season.

We thought the Giants would steer clear of Ross, but he must be coming back cheap. He must pass a physical first, which is not reported to be an issue. Details upcoming….
