The Giants (3-0) will try straighten out their preseason offensive struggles vs the Jets tonight in the annual “Snoopy Bowl.”

The Series: The Giants and the Jets meet for the 46th consecutive preseason since the series began in 1969. From 1969-1983, the game was The teams have alternated as the home team since the Jets moved to New Jersey in 1984. The Jets lead the series, 24-20-1. Last year, the Jets beat the Giants in overtime, 24-21, in MetLife Stadium.

This is the fifth preseason matchup between the two teams at MetLife Stadium, the home field for both the Giants and the Jets, which opened in 2010.

This will be the final chance for 15 players to make a case for themselves. The rosters will be trimmed from 90 to 75 players on Tuesday. The Giants play the Patriots on Thursday with the rosters then be finalized by Saturday.

If you look at teams with solid O-lines, they mostly consist of first rounders.  Reese's attempt to continually rebuild the line with cast offs from other teams has been an absolute failure.  I'll be glad when he gets the boot.
