Notes from Thursday’s OTA

Some quick hits from today’s Organized Team Activity over at QDTC this morning…

Rookies WR Odell Beckham, Jr. and RB Andre Williams, the Giants’ first- and fourth-round picks, were not in attendance at today’s workout. Both players were off attending the league’s rookie symposium.

OL John Jerry, signed by the Giants in free agency, will be out until training camp after having his knee scoped (PFT).

Eli Manning says he is not thinking about his rehabbed ankle when he’s on the field (Schwartz).

The starting offensive line was Justin Pugh and Charles Brown at the tackles, Chris Snee and Geoff Schwartz at the guards and J.D. Walton at center. Second-round pick Weston Richburg worked at both center and guard. (Big Blue View)

Tom Coughlin said there were no updates on Will Hill or his suspension, but reiterated the club was “three deep” at safety (Samuel).

JPP claims he is “100%” and that he is, and has been, a leader on defense (Rock).

The Giants opened with Cullen Jenkins, Jon Hankins and Mike Patterson as their DT rotation today with Markus Kuhn and rookies Jay Bromley and Kelcy Quarles serving as the second wave (Stapleton).
