Hillis has ankle sprain, will be out ‘a while’

Giants running back Peyton Hillis left Tuesday evening’s practice with what the team described as a sprained ankle (Graziano, Aug. 5).

Tom Coughlin said on Wednesday that he expects Hillis to be out “a while.”

Hillis walked off the field, then removed his shoe inside the team’s facility on Tuesday night. The injury comes after the team announced running back David Wilson had a career-ending neck injury.

will the Giants be looking to pluck another running back ( didn't they go through like 6 last year?) or do see how long they can go minus 2?
