Keep in mind, that this is not the final 53 - just the current 53.  I expect that there will be some waiver wire/free agent pickups - and A Rob will not be in Detroit for opening day.

I would really like to see them pick up Eric Winston. Even if it's for one year it could solidify the line

So do Manningham and Holliday really have season ending injuries or is it a roster maneuvering thing? Their injuries were never mentioned as being that serious? I've never been real clear on how IR really works other than that a player is done for the year once he's there.

1st. Amen, Only 2 QB's... Congrat's QB Nassib...

2- RB's .. i would have liked to have Kept RB Gaskins... ( i would only carry 9 D-Linemen)

3- WR's A+... I think  Corey Washington is the #2WR....

4- FB , Hynoski, i would like to see him get the Ball more...

5- TE - A-Rob is ONLY here on a REESE scholarship, IMO, go with the VET Davis...

6- OL- it's a MESS.....

it will be the DOWNFALL of the season, ( But going in the right Direction)....

the Defense

1- DL- I would have kept Quarles NOT Bromley...

2- LB- the BEST LB Corp, since 07... McClain & Devon Kennard could be MONSTERs....

3- DB- the BEST the GIANTs have EVER Had... Period !!!

not sure about Nat Berhe....

...................Well lets see if they go to the WIRE.....

Quarles is a mistake, Gaskins should have made this team... as long as they drop Cox as well than Idc but Gaskins deserved spot over Cox. Also surprised to see K Davis go a big 6'7 redzone target that actually has experience in this league n can freaking block at the very least ... Hopefully Quarles can be retained and stashed on Practice Squad.

I was rooting for Quarrels too.

3 TE's much better than keeping 4. Thought Quarles had a shot.

No big suprizes so far

Gaskins Didn't impress me at all

Would like to see them keep Conner but no need to have 2 fbs

@Jeff Comerford Also, when Schwartz is designated for short-term IR, that opens up a roster spot - perhaps they will bring back one of the running backs at that point.

@nymess06 I actually thought Cox was the move to keep, they are going to need more depth here as I am not a Hillis fan
