Free agent safety Ryan Mundy, who has spent the last five seasons in Pittsburgh, is scheduled to visit the Giants tonight.
Mundy, 28, was a sixth-round selection of the Steelers in the 2008 draft out of West Virginia by way of Michigan. Mundy (6’1, 210), missed his rookie season of 2008 with a high ankle sprain and was signed to the practice squad, but has dressed for every game the past four seasons. He only has five career starts and 130 total tackles in his career.
Another low-end prospect the Giants will hope to get lucky with a la Stevie Brown.
