Back to work for the Giants this week. Hopefully, they will limit the talking and start doing some walking. The weather won’t be a factor this week. The game is at Ford Field, which is equipped with a dome.
The Giants are 10-6 in regular-season dome games, (.625). That places them fourth in indoor games among teams that play their home games outdoors, following the Jets (7-3, .700), Patriots (6-3, .667) and Packers (22-11, .667). In addition, the Giants’ two most recent Super Bowl wins were in games played indoors.
The Lions (7-7) are coming off a poor performance offensively vs Baltimore, but their real issues are very similar to that of the Giants – turnovers. The Lions are -13 on the season. The Giants are -17.
