Supe’s On! Let the festivities begin

Giants CEO John Mara spoke to the media yesterday as Super Bowl Week opned here in New York. He still is feeling the sting of the Giants losing season. As per Conor Orr of the Star-Ledger, Mara plans to sit in the family’s box at MetLife Stadium Sunday. That is, if his mother will permit.

“She wasn’t all that happy with me the way the season went,” he said.

GEICO SportsNite has the latest from the Jets and the Giants as the owners from both teams help kick off Super Bowl week.

i hope this generation of mara's along with the tish's are more proactive and take an aggressive approach to turning this franchise around and we never have to go through what i and others went through many many years ago while rooting for a losing and incompetent franchise but never losing hope or support for our team.

if the owners respect the fans and their loyalty this transition will be over before we know it and that's the least the franchise should do for the best and most loyal fans in the nfl, we support the jints and the jints should show the fans that support back in triplicate.

that's my opinion and i'm sticking to it.
