Giants-Lions: Five things

Here are five takeaways from the Giants’ 23-20 win over the Lions….

Game-changer: S Will Hill, who was arrested Friday night for issues stemming from child support, had the pick-six off Matthew Stafford that tied the game in the 4th quarter.

Breakout performance: WR Jerrel Jernigan had six catches for 80 yards including his first-ever NFL touchdown.

Brown-out over: K Josh Brown finally got to attempt a FG over 50 yards with his 53-yarder before the half. He also had a 41 yarder and the game-winner from 45.

Record breaker: Eli Manning threw his 26th INT of the season, setting a new franchise high.

Busting  loose: KR Michael Cox had his longest return of the season, taking the opening kickoff in overtime out from seven yards deep to the Giants’ 49 for a 57-yard return.
