WR Victor Cruz (heel) wasn’t lying last week when he said he would be back practicing today. He was out on the field at Quest today and according to reports he took half the snaps. He will see how he feels going forward after today as to whether he’ll play this weekend.
DE Jason Pierre-Paul (back) was also working, but he may not be ready for the opener.
Coughlin still has some concerns about JPP's conditioning. Sounds like Cruz is much more likely for the opener than JPP.—

FB Henry Hynoski (knee) returned to duty today and will hopefully be ready for Sunday.
Rookie DE Damontre Moore (shoulder) practiced today as well. TE Adrien Robinson (foot) could be out for awhile according to Tom Coughlin.
